Serving the neighborhood since 2022
La Capital MX was founded on a single belief: that everyone deserves authentic, high-quality Mexican food. It's part of Norsan, the parent company Norberto Sanchez started in 1987 with that very mission — to bring real, high-quality Mexican flavor to the table and never cut corners to do it. That dedication to quality runs all the way to the source: in 1992, Norsan founded Prime Meats, its own purveyor of top-quality beef, pork, poultry, and seafood, all shipped directly to La Capital. So every plate begins with some of the freshest, finest ingredients available — and carries the care and heritage that have defined the family for nearly four decades.
